I can draw better than a little kid

It has been seven months since I started this blog, so I figure it's time to update it again. I really will try and update this more regularly. However, a lot of my energy has been going here (some NSFW drawings, nude models and such) and here (once again, nude models ahoy!) as well, so that's my excuse.

I was looking over my last post, and it was pretty good. I enjoyed reading it. I don't know why anyone would complain about seven months in between updates, because that last post was one hell of a post.

This post is going to be different, though. In this post, I will attempt to prove that I can, in fact, draw better than a little kid. Just take a look at this picture:

I drew this picture when I was 12 years old. My sister (the subject in question) was 8. I was just starting to worry about being cool and fitting in, and my sister was still acting like a little kid. I took great offense to that and set out drawing this to prove just how un-cool she was (never mind that anyone who uses the phrase "dorky dudette" in an un-ironic fashion is in no position to judge coolness).

I redrew this picture the other day. It's a lot more anatomically correct, dynamic, awesome, nice, cool, and good looking. In short, this is proof hat I can draw better than a little kid:

Little Gerritt Had A Farm

This blog is based on the assumption that I can draw better than an 8 year old kid. I'm 25, so this seems like a reasonable assumption to me.

Today's artwork is a book I made when I was around 8 years old, although to be honest I couldn't spell my name write half the time so I didn't even consider dating these images. Anyway, on to the funny pictures. Click the images for big versions.

Judging by my shirt, this appears to be some sort of S&M farm. Obviously to supplement my income since the crops don't appear to be doing so well. There's also some sort of brontosaurus in the background.

Nothing to see here, just your standard farmhouse with a huge weathervane. My sense of scale has become much better over the last 20 or so years.

This is the cutest thing I have ever, or will ever, draw.

I like that getting milk from my cows involves me sneaking around behind them with a funnel. If they are at the point where their udders are so full that they are continuously spurting milk, I don't think they'd actually be smiling.

I think the pig in the lower right corner may have had a lobotomy.

Someone needs to feed these goats! And dammit, on this farm we obey the laws of perspective!

I paid extra to get a model-T with a sunroof. You need it when you have such an awesome hat.
